These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of our handmade products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and Products
All products are handmade and custom-crafted, so slight natural variations may occur. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. There is no user registration or account system; orders are placed directly, and we collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order.
4. Payment Terms
Full (100%) payment must be made via direct bank account transfer before we begin work on your order. We do not accept credit or debit cards. After payment you receive a unique Order Code used to track your payment and our internal ledger. Production begins only after your payment has cleared in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within Lahore city limits. Estimated delivery is around 20 days from the date production starts. Delivery charges depend on your location within Lahore and are paid directly to the driver at delivery. Timelines are estimates and may vary with customisation and circumstances; any delays are communicated via WhatsApp.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your piece on delivery and contact support before initiating any return. Orders may be cancelled before production starts; once work has begun, the cost of materials and completed work may be deducted from any refund.
7. Warranty and Product Care
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Natural wood movement, grain variation, and finish patina are part of authentic wood products and are not considered defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and product designs on this website are the property of 522 Gallery and may not be copied without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
